In his column on Sunday, Paul Krugman cited a litany of political appointees whose primary qualifications for office appear to be only their religious convictions. What do we make of this? Come to the JED Room at 12:30 to help us find out. We’ll also be talking briefly about what we need/want on our coming website.

Habeck Presentation

When and Where: 11:30am on Thursday, April 12, in the JED room.

Professor Mary Habeck is the author of Knowing the Enemy: Jihadist Ideology and the War on Terror, and an Associate Professor of Strategic Studies at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins. Professor Habeck will be giving a presentation on “An Evangelical Response to the War on Terror,” and leading a discussion thereafter. The presentation will be held in the JED Room from 11:30-1:00. Lunch will be provided.
